EXCELLENTVerified Fantastic hotel Absolutely perfect hotel in every way. The location is right in the centre of Kalkan, in walking distance to bars restaurants, beach clubs and the marina. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh with a good choice of food. The rooms were cleaned daily and the whole hotel was spotless and smelled devine. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and it was incredible. I would definitely return to Kalkan and would stay in this hotel without a doubt.

It is spotlessly clean and in a great location. The whole hotel is top quality All the staff are amazing and so friendly. Carlos the new manager is brilliant a great new addition to the team. Amir, Ben and the 2 young girls behind the bar work so hard and keep all the customers so happy. We have had such a good time and a laugh with them. I would definitely recommend a meal in the hotel restaurant. We had sea bass as recommended by Carlos and it was amazing. The chef is so talented. Kindest regardsVerified Brilliant location and excellent hotel Just back from a week here. What a great hotel this is. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and keen to make sure all is well. From checking in at 2am (don’t you just love night flights!), to leaving at 7pm a week later, I honestly can’t fault anything about the hotel. We had a superior sea view room, on the 2nd floor (3rd if you are from the USA), which had a wonderful view across the town and bay at Kalkan. Caesar our room attendant was fabulous. Clean towels when we wanted them, and left us alone if we were having a lazy morning. Breakfast was a buffet in the restaurant by the pool, with a good selection of meats, cereals, pastries and hot eggs, sausage, etc. Carlos the Bar Manager always made it his business to welcome new guests, and make sure we were happy. Not too intrusive, but just enough to make you feel valued. In fact, all the staff were the same, and always with a smile! One negative, and it isn’t the hotel’s fault, is at night the town nightclub belts out the music until 2:15am. So if you have your door open, it could keep you awake. There is A/C in the room, but I always find it difficult to get the temp quite right to sleep, and ignore the fan noise. Otherwise, the hotel is located well for a quick stroll into Kalkan town, has a good bar, plenty of Sun beds and seating, and is very clean and well maintained. Excellent week away!

It’s no wonder, people return year after year. The service, the staff, the hospitality, the cleanliness are all impeccable. Carlos, the new bar supervisor is lovely and makes you feel very welcome. Ben and Amir make the best cocktails!

Kindest regardsVerified Our favourite hotel in Kalkan Another incredible stay at this wonderful hotel! The Samira Exclusive is absolutely spotless, the staff are fabulous and the food is delicious. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and they go above and beyond to make your stay special. Our room was upgraded on arrival and the views from the penthouse suite were just incredible! We were lucky enough to have a jacuzzi on the terrace which our kids loved. The breakfast buffet was delicious - lots of options (including home made pancakes) and beautiful fresh fruit every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a holiday to Kalkan. It was our second visit to this hotel and definitely won’t be our last. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you so much to the team for making our stay so special!

Kindest regardsVerified Ten out of Ten This was our first stay at this hotel and it will not be our last,absolutely fantastic, we have already booked for next May. I genuinely cannot find anything to complain about and the service offered by the staff is exceptional especially Carlos and Zeki who go out of their way to make sure you want for nothing. I have never seen a hotel cleaned as much as this one , where ever you go it’s spotless. We ate in the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The management clearly have an ethos based around service and it shines through every employee, well done.

We really did have the most memorable experience. Rooms are beautifully clean, beds are so comfortable. The Staff are what really makes this hotel. From the minute we arrived until we left nothing was too much trouble. They were so welcoming & we were very grateful to them for such a wonderful holiday. Cancelled within free cancellation period due to illness. Still waiting for refund. No replies to emails to resort and booking.com. Dispute opened with credit card company. No explanation. Can only assume cashflow problems . Avoid
